What is Oil filter bubble tester?
1. An oil filter bubble tester is used to test the integrity and filtration performance of oil filter.
2. The tester pressurizes the air on one side of the oil filter and submerges the other side in oil or a liquid. As the pressure rises, air passes through the pores of the filter medium and forms bubbles in the liquid. By observing the pressure at which bubbles first appear and their distribution, the maximum pore size, pore uniformity, and possible damage or defects in the filter can be determined.
3. It is widely used in the production process of oil filters and the quality inspection of finished products to ensure that each oil filter meets the quality standards and requirements.
